Where can I purchase Eteria Cosmetics’ products?
You can purchase Eteria’s products either through our Online Boutique or from the resorts of the IHC Group: Fonteverde, Bagni di Pisa, Chia Laguna and Grotta Giusti. You can also place your order over the phone by contacting our Customer Service at +39 010 302 9440 from Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
Why can’t I find Eteria’s products in perfume shops?
Eteria line was created exclusively for the resorts of the IHC Group. For this reason you can purchase our products through our Online Boutique, or from the IHC resorts, or over the phone by contacting our Customer Service.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Absolutely! Contact us at +39 010 302 9440 from Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 1.00pm and place your order with one of our Customer Service representatives.
Can I place my order via email?
Absolutely, you can email us at desk@labco-cosmetics.com providing your name, address, phone number and the amount of items you want to buy. Our Customer Service will get back to you to set the payment method.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Our operators guarantee a fast, reliable and secure order fulfillment. Your order will be shipped by courier and the delivery will take 3-7 business days (delivery time may vary depending on the destination).
